About me
I am a BIPOC actor and teaching artist from El Paso, Texas. At the moment, I am currently based out of Fayetteville, Arkansas. I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Performance from The University of Texas at El Paso, and my Master of Fine Arts in Performance from The University of Arkansas.
Artistic Philosophy
I believe it is our duty as artists to be advocates for our community, to be a voice for the voiceless, an escape for those in need. We do this through acts of compassion, kindness, love, integrity, and curiosity.
Teaching
Teaching is a huge love of mine aside from acting. I have been a teaching artist at Trike Theatre for the past 4 years. I have also taught at TheatreSquared as well as The University of Arkansas. Many people in my family are teachers, so it is very much in my blood. During my time in graduate school, I discovered my strong passion for children's theatre.
